1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using 559 Overstock, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. B2B Use Only

559 Overstock is exclusively a business-to-business marketplace. All users must be registered businesses. Consumer accounts are not permitted. You represent that you are authorized to act on behalf of your business.

3. Listings and Content

You are responsible for the accuracy of your listings. Items must be legally sellable and accurately described. You must own or have the right to sell any listed items. 559 Overstock reserves the right to remove listings that violate these terms.

4. Transactions

559 Overstock facilitates connections between buyers and sellers but is not a party to any transaction. All payments are handled in person between buyers and sellers. 559 Overstock is not responsible for transaction disputes, non-payment, or items not received.

5. No Fees

The platform is currently free for all users. We reserve the right to introduce fees in the future with advance notice to users.

6. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or otherwise harm the community or platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

559 Overstock is provided as-is. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to transaction disputes, data loss, or service interruption.
